Service Description
Training Day Camp Hours of Operation: WEDNESDAYS ONLY: 1/2 Day Sessions: 4 Hour sessions between the hours of 8:00AM- 5:30PM Before and after hours charged at $10.00 per hour. Additional charges will apply after 15 minutes past pick up time.
Cancellation Policy
Check In & Check Out: Text: 631.356.5408 when you are on your way to drop off or pick up Client's are asked to remain in the front yard at pick up and drop off. A Staff member will bring your dog out to you. Client's are asked to be arrive within 10 minutes of their specified pick up time. If Client is more than 10 minutes late dropping their pup, they may lose their drop off- window for that day. Client's must notify ahead of time they are running late. If Client is late picking up their pup they will be charged an additional fee of $10 after 10 minutes and $10 every hour they are late. Cancellation of Services/ Unused Day Camp Days: There are no refunds/ rollover days for Day Camp Services. All Day Camp days must be used in the month they are booked.
