About the event

🐾Join Us for Weekend Pack Walks! 🐾

As the weather cools and the days become more pleasant, it's the perfect time to enjoy the beauty of our island and its wonderful parks with our furry friends!

Starting  September 21st, we're excited to bring back our Pack Walks every Saturday through the end of November. (Weather permitting, of course!)

🌳 What to Expect:

  • Scenic walks through the island's best parks
  • 2-3 miles of exercise and exploration
  • Approximately 45 minutes of joyful adventure

🐕 Additional Info for Pack Members:

  • First Walk Free - $5 per walk after
  • It's a great way to keep your dog engaged and active with their pack mates.
  • Dogs must be leash trained as this is not a training session.
  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes early, as we start promptly at 10:00 AM.
  • RSVP is required so we can ensure we have enough trainers for the walk.

Let's make the most of these beautiful autumn days! We can't wait to see you and your pups for some weekend fun and fitness. 🐕

🍁Here's a list of requirements for your pack walks, considering both the dogs and their human companions:

Pack Walk Requirements For Humans:

  2. Attire and Gear:Wear comfortable athletic clothing and appropriate footwear for walking. Bring water and any necessary personal items (e.g., inhaler, sunscreen).
  3. Mindset:Maintain a peaceful and positive attitude. Be respectful of others' space and choices regarding interactions.

For Dogs:

  1. Health and Safety:Dogs should be up-to-date on vaccinations and in good health. Avoid bringing dogs that are in heat or have any contagious conditions.
  2. Behavior and Training:Dogs must be comfortable walking on a leash without pulling. Ensure your dog can remain calm and non-aggressive around other dogs and people.
  3. Leash and Equipment:Use a secure, non-retractable leash (maximum length of 6 feet).
  4. Socialization:Be mindful of your dog’s comfort level with interactions; allow space if needed. Respect other dogs’ boundaries and do not force introductions.

  • Clean up after your dog to maintain a pleasant environment for everyone.
