Service Description
This is one of our most popular services, with this program and we can provide you with faster results. In the Board & Train Program your dog would come to stay with us for 10 or more days, where we will create a structured learning environment suited to your dog's specific needs. Board and Trains allow us to create your dog's optimal learning environment which assists in your dog's learning progress, making it easier for your dog to advance. Similar to a child's summer camp, your dog will also be included in additional activities during his/her stay such as playgroups, field trips, and walks. After your dog's stay with us is completed, you will then receive one private lesson to ensure the training smoothly transfers to you in your home setting. This is typically done at the time of 'go home'. In order to determine the length of the program that would best suit both your dog and your needs an evaluation will need to be done after our meet and greet.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for trusting Two Shepherds with your dog’s care! To ensure a safe, structured, and enjoyable experience for every dog in our care, please review the following boarding policy: 📅 Booking & Reservation Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. A deposit or full payment is required within 48 hours of invoicing to secure your dates. Unpaid reservations will be automatically released after 48 hours. 💸 June Promotion The “Book 4 Nights, Get 1 Free” special is valid only for boarding dates scheduled during June 2025. Free night must be used within the same booking window and cannot be carried over or transferred. Offer is only valid for new bookings; it cannot be combined with other discounts. 🐶 Dog Requirements All dogs must be current on core vaccinations (Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella). Proof of vaccination is required prior to drop-off. Dogs must be non-aggressive, tolerant of handling, and able to rest comfortably in a crate or designated rest space. Dogs showing signs of severe anxiety, aggression, or unsafe behaviors may be refused or referred to our behavioral boarding or private training program at an adjusted rate. 🕘 Drop-Off & Pick-Up Drop-off window: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM Pick-up window: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM Pickups after 5:00 PM may incur a $25 late fee, unless otherwise arranged. ❌ Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made 14+ days in advance of the start date are eligible for a full refund or credit toward future services. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled start date are non-refundable but may be credited at our discretion. No-shows or same-day cancellations forfeit the full booking payment. 🧾 Payments & Fees Payments accepted via Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal. A 5% processing fee applies to PayPal transactions. Remaining balances must be paid prior to or on the day of drop-off. Two Shepherds does not accept checks or cash at this time. 📸 Updates & Communication You will receive photo/video updates throughout your dog’s stay via text or email. Please be sure your contact information is up to date, especially in case of emergency. By booking with Two Shepherds, you agree to the terms above and acknowledge that your dog’s behavior and health must be accurately represented at the time of booking.
