Cancellation Policy

1. Dog Requirements Dogs must be healthy and up-to-date on vaccinations. Any history of aggression or reactivity must be disclosed before training begins. Dogs must wear a well-fitted training collar or leash as recommended by the trainer. 2. Training Location & Transportation Sessions take place in the client’s neighborhood or at Two Shepherds, where dogs will be walked in the surrounding area. Clients outside a 5-mile radius from Two Shepherds may incur an additional transportation fee. 3. Scheduling & Cancellations All sessions must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Cancellations within less than 24 hours will result in a forfeited session. Severe weather or emergencies will be rescheduled at the trainer’s discretion. 4. Training Expectations Success depends on owner consistency—post-session updates and homework will be provided. The final session includes owner involvement to ensure confidence in handling your dog. 5. Payment & Refund Policy Full payment is required before the first session. Payments are non-refundable, but sessions may be transferred at trainer discretion. Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable. 6. Liability & Safety While all precautions are taken, training involves inherent risks, and Two Shepherds is not liable for injuries sustained by the dog or owner. Owners must provide accurate behavioral history for appropriate placement. 7. Limited-Time Offer (If Applicable) Clients who book by November 21st will receive one additional session free with the 6-session package ($450 + tax). Sessions must be completed within 2 weeks of the first scheduled session.
